Key Responsibilities:
·Market Expansion: Spearhead efforts to secure the largest active market share in the region.
·Revenue Maximization: Drive revenue growth and expand the property register as the primary instruction’s taker for the branch.
·Client Relationship Development: Cultivate strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
·Financial Objectives: Achieve branch profitability targets and maximize financial outcomes.
·Team Management: Oversee and enhance team performance through regular meetings and individual reviews.
·Leadership and Execution: Influence outcomes by effectively managing teams, implementing action plans, and ensuring their successful execution.
Desired Candidate Profile:
·Experience: Prior experience in Estate Agency and customer service roles.
·Listing Proficiency: Demonstrable experience in property listings.
