Lettings Manager – £30,000 + Commission + Car Allowance

Our client is seeking an experienced residential lettings manager for their dedicated lettings department based in Keynsham. 

This is a full-time permanent role ( subject to a probationary period) and is hands on, managing a team of 2.

The day-to-day tasks will include being the primary instruction getter, conducting marketing appraisals and growing the rental portfolio, bringing properties to the market, and managing the team, consisting of an experienced property manager and an administrator/negotiator and all the usual residential letting tasks. Rent payment to Landlords is outsourced.

Our client is  a RICS regulated firm and ARLA Propertymark member and have been established for well over 60 years. They  encourage their staff to hold professional qualifications, and it would be preferable if applicants held relevant qualifications but if not, they would be happy to support ARLA membership. 

The hours are 8.45am to 6pm Monday to Friday and every third Saturday 9-1.There is car parking available, and the applicant should be a car owner/user.
