Lettings Manager – £30,000 + Commission + Company Car
Our client is seeking an experienced residential lettings manager for their dedicated lettings department based in Edgbaston, Birmingham
This is a full-time permanent role ( subject to a probationary period) and is hands on, managing a team of 4.
The day-to-day tasks will include being the primary instruction getter, conducting marketing appraisals and growing the rental portfolio, bringing properties to the market, and managing the team, consisting of an experienced property manager and an administrator and 2 negotiators.
Our client is a RICS regulated firm and ARLA Propertymark member and have been established for many years. They encourage their staff to hold professional qualifications. They have fantastic well placed offices and a great reputation through out the City.
The hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays. There is car parking available, and the applicant should be a car owner/user.
