A leading West Country Estate Agency has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Valuer / Associate Director, to work in a prominent position in an experienced, well-established and very successful team. A key aspect of the role is to help grow the business, focussing mainly (but not exclusively) on the mid-to-upper sector of the market in the Greater Exeter and East Devon area. The position offers excellent personal development and earning potential, plus car allowance and other additional benefits.
With current valuing experience and with the ambition and ability to progress to Senior Associate Director level, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated hard-working individual with a minimum of three years’ experience in a valuer and listing role in the mid-to-upper sector of the market either locally or relocating into the area from a busy market location.
Working with an experienced award-winning team, with a trusted reputation and proven track record of success over almost three decades, the successful candidate must be in a position to “hit the ground running” from the outset, by winning business and growing market share.

Attractive basic salary around £35,000 plus commission and bonus package with car allowance and health benefits. Initial On target earnings in the region of £60,000 – £70,000 per annum.
