Valuations Manager – South Bucks
 
A market leading agency with reputation for dealing with the top end of the market is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister/Sales Manager to join their expanding team covering South Bucks. You must be highly successful, ambitious and an experienced Residential Sales Negotiator with an above average conversion rate looking to join a company that offers ongoing career development and progression.

Requirements: 
·A proven track record in selling & listing residential properties.
·Confidence in dealing with targets.
·Ability to identify sales opportunities.
