A highly successful Independent estate agency firm are looking to recruit a Trainee Lettings Negotiator for their busy office in Royal Docks, London E16
The main purpose of the role will be to deal with clients when they come in to the office as well as deal with telephone, email enquiries.
It will be your job to phone out new properties to the applicant database and generate viewings as well as confirming appointments and managing the diary.
You will also be responsible for carrying out viewings and negotiating lets and giving client feedback and other duties as instructed by the manager.
Whilst my clients are fully prepared to take on a candidate without estate agency experience they are only accepting applications from candidates with a proven sales track record (perhaps you currently work in health club membership sales or kitchens/bathroom sales, car sales).
You will have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to deal with people face to face. You will enjoy the Buzz of working in a target driven sales role.
You must have a full driving license and your own car
