Senior Valuer/Negotiator – Portishead Branch
Our client are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our market leading team as a Senior Valuer/Negotiator. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in property valuations and negotiation to take on a highly rewarding position.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in property valuation and negotiation, preferably in a senior role.
– Strong knowledge of property market trends.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
– Attention to detail and strong analytical skills, enabling accurate property valuations and thorough research.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team, to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Salary: – The salary for this position ranges from £20,000 to £25,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits and favourable commission structures, which will be discussed during the interview process.
