The ideal candidate will have extensive lettings experience, recent legislation knowledge and ideally know the local area. In return they will receive on going training and support.
They must be a highly motivated, professional and driven individual who can think on their feet and be customer focused at all times.
A proven track record in lettings, ideally of 1-2 plus years, of maintenance issues is expected for this role, along with a calm and courteous manner.
A generous salary is being offered dependent on experience, along with added incentives such as Birthday days off and Parking permits dependent on candidate and experience. This client values their team and loves to reward loyalty!!!!
