Our client is one of the largest and most successful traditional Auction Providers in the UK Market. They are looking for an Area Manager to strengthen their team in East Anglia.
 
* Appraise/Value properties for auction
* Undertake property inspections
* Prepare property marketing including descriptions, photos and brochures
* Accompany viewings
* Negotiate Sales
* Network with local estate agents and solicitors
 
The ideal candidate will have experience in valuing and listing properties for sale. Will be hard working and goal driven with the ability to work towards tight deadlines.
 
This is a field based role, with the autonomy to run your own geographical area.
 
Generous basic salary of up to 30,000k depending on experience OTE 45,000k + Company Car or allowance
