Our client is one of the largest firm of independent Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Manager in the North West and due to their rapid growth, they are looking for an Auction Valuer to join their friendly team.
 
Duties of an Auction Valuer:
 
·Appraise/Value (residential and commercial) properties for auction. Desktop appraisals and physical inspections.
·Knowledge of auction procedures (ideally)
·Undertake property inspections
·Ability to list properties for auction incl. prepare marketing brochures
·Undertake viewings
·Negotiate sales
·Knowledge of money laundering regulations (and compliance thereof)
·Client and solicitor liaison.
 
The Ideal candidate:
 
·Previous experience in valuing of Residential or Commercial Property (Ideally both)
·Well organised
·Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook
·Strong negotiating skills
·Full UK driving licence
