This is a wonderful opportunity to work for an established, forward thinking family run company, who has been selling and letting properties in and around the West Wiltshire area for nearly 35 years.
Our client is now actively looking for a suitable candidate for a Sales Negotiator position. Experience within a sales environment would be preferable, but not be essential. Customer services, strong organisational and administrative skills are essential.
·Responsible for taking and managing sales enquiries, through telephone, email, face to face and online.
·Dealing with both clients and buyers on a day to day basis via telephone, email, face to face.
·Looking to up sell products, services etc whenever possible in order to generate new business/revenue such as mortgages, legal services, valuation referrals within the branches.
·Arranging appointments with both client and buyer.
· Dealing with third party contacts to assist with their enquiries such as surveyors, photographers, energy assessors.
·Being familiar and confident with updated legislation regarding Consumer Protection Regulations, anti-money laundering and GDPR.
·Taking responsibility for administration, ensuring all documentation and compliance is sent out and adhered to at all times.
·Ensure clients receive the best service, keeping in regular communication throughout their relationship with the company.
·Updating the database whether it’s adding or removing contacts, updating their details regarding change of address, contact number or search criteria.
·Start building market knowledge.
·Conducting accompanied viewings and property visits so access to their own vehicle is essential.
·Experience within a sales environment
