Sales Manager – Amersham
Are you an experienced and motivated estate agent looking for a new challenge? Do you have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a sales manager covering Amersham and surrounding areas.
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for lead generation, carrying out valuations and ensuring you provide high-quality service to our clients and meet your sales goals. You will also be involved in developing and implementing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
·At least 3 years of experience as an estate agent, preferably with some supervisory or management experience
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
·A passion for the property market and a keen eye for detail
·A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
·A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
