You will become an important addition to its already successful teams in the Portsmouth area.
You will manage the day-to-day operation of the sales teams activities and procedures as well as deputising for the Branch Managers, running the morning meeting and coaching team members when required.
You will be required to successfully list properties and advise owners on valuations as to the right marketing strategy to sell their homes, whilst at the same delivering outstanding customer service.
Along with keeping up to date with market trends and conditions, you will continue to broaden your knowledge of the area to develop your field of expertise in the business to benefit your team members with their delivery of appropriate marketing for each vendor, as well as standing out to your clients as the agent to go to with exceptional proficiency.
It is essential therefore that you have a good level of experience of working in the residential side of estate agency, listing homes and exceeding customer expectations, guiding the sales team to enable them to deliver the best that they can for your clients.
Knowledge of working in the Portsmouth marketplace would be helpful but is not essential.
A competitive package is provided for the successful candidate with an additional guaranteed earnings on top of the basic for the first 3 months, an uncapped OTE (£40,000 – £45,000), company car or allowance, and company support and investment in its employees both in work and in charity & community events.
