Trainee or Experienced Sales Negotiator required for established, friendly independent Estate Agency covering the West Dartmoor to Plymouth areas. This is a busy office with on target earnings for an experienced candidate of up to £30,000.

Key Responsibilities:
·Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and renters.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
·Provide expert advice on property market trends and pricing.
·Negotiate property sales and rental agreements.
·Coordinate property marketing and promotional activities.
·Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
·Proven experience in property sales or a related field.
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·Knowledge of the local property market.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Results-driven and goal-oriented.
Starting basic salary around £18-20,000 depending on experience with on target earnings in the region of £25-30,000. All in all, a great role for an experienced sales negotiator with a chance to progress or an ambitious and dedicated individual with a passion for real estate.

Hours 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota 9-4pm with a day off in lieu for working a Saturday.
