My clients are a Market leading firm and now require a dynamic and ambitious Junior Commercial Negotiator, working from their offices near Stoke.
If you have experience in either commercial or residential estate agency we would love to hear from you. This is an absolutely fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your career, you will be supported and trained to become an Associate RICS member.
You will be working in a busy firm of Chartered Surveyors & Commercial Property Estate Agents. The successful applicant will be dealing with all aspects of the sales and lettings department, undertaking a wide variety of duties that are involved with the marketing of commercial property.
Ideally the candidate will have previous commercial and/or residential agency experience, although this is not essential as training will be provided. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport with people from all spectrums and a can-do attitude.
·Attending initial property appraisal meeting and assisting in the valuation of same for marketing purposes.
·Assisting with/providing initial marketing appraisal advices to client, outlining: marketing strategy, valuation reasoning and disposal charges.
·Carrying out market research in order to advise clients on marketing strategies and reporting to Board members of retained property investors.
·Putting properties on the market, using in-house systems, which includes formulating and implementing a marketing strategy.
·Undertaking viewings and negotiating freehold and leasehold transactions, instructing solicitors, monitoring transaction and accounting to client upon completion.
·Other matters associated with the Agency department as and when required.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm.
