SENIOR LETTINGS PROPERTY MANAGER/NEGOTIATOR, NEWARK
 
 
This reputable, independent brand are one of the East Midlands most established estate agencies for many years and are now looking for and experienced Lettings professional to join their friendly team in their busy Newark branch. The ideal candidate will have extensive lettings experience, recent legislation knowledge and ideally know the local area. In return they will receive on going training and support.
 
They must be a highly motivated, professional and driven individual who can think on their feet and be customer focused at all times.
 
A proven track record in lettings, ideally of 1-2 plus years, of maintenance issues is expected for this role, along with a calm and courteous manner.
 
A generous salary is being offered dependent on experience.
