A busy and vibrant Holiday agent in Poole is looking to expand their holiday lettings team.
 
This customer-facing role will suit a friendly, outgoing individual who enjoys tourism and customer service and relishes working hard as part of a busy, small team.
 
You will be responsible for marketing and selling local holidays, taking and processing guest bookings, greeting holiday-makers, advising on the local area, and making every guest’s experience an enjoyable one.
 
A friendly and helpful manner is essential for helping clients and guests to make bookings in person and on the phone, and experience using a booking system and third party advertising portals would be advantageous.
 
This is a full time position, five days a week, Monday to Saturday 9.15am – 6pm. You will need to work every Saturday, but with a day off in lieu.
