An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an award winning, energetic, forward thinking, and experienced lettings team based covering North Birmingham and Staffordshire. You will be working for a market leading independent with a fantastic office network and ambitious plans to further develop their already successful lettings business.
You will receive a basic salary of £23-25k plus commission a car allowance, many further financial perks and other benefits. This is a role with great potential for further progression, and you will receive on going training and support.
Principle Accountabilities:
-? Generating, arranging, and carrying out accurate valuations and bringing these properties to market. ?
– Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords ?
– Business generation – creating opportunities to increase the portfolio ?
– Ensuring all office systems/service standards are adhered to

– Be a dynamic, driven and energetic individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects
– Someone who can build long term relationships with clients, whilst also exploring new opportunities ?
– Possess excellent communication skills, be well-presented and well-spoken ?
– A key member of the team who believes in the companies values and culture ?
– 12 months + experience in an agency environment negotiating and valuing ?
– Be accurate, numerate and computer literate ?
– Have excellent communication skills
