A fantastic opportunity to join a respected multi branch, independent firm of estate agents in their successful Camberley branch in Surrey.
As Senior Property Consultant you will already have the tools to hit the ground running and make a direct impact to the business.
Main Areas of the role:
·Creating & winning new business both in property instructions and sales.
·Professionally carrying out viewings & valuations (ideal but not essential).
·Maximise all revenue incomes available to you.
·Client Management.
·Supporting the manager and assisting with day to day reporting and team guidance in their absence.
·Sales Progression.
You should be a motivated and target driven candidate who upholds company standards and increases customer satisfaction.
Strong written and oral skills are a must along with being comfortable with MS office, Estate Agent computer packages and current property legislations.
A superb package is on offer for the right candidate with an OTE £41,000 which is uncapped. A five day week is worked with a Saturday on rota.
Please note that a full and clean and driving licence will be required for the position.
