Our well known client in Morden are looking for an outstanding New  Business Partner to join their team.
 
The position of BusinessPartner has responsibility for sales valuations and completions with overflow viewings.
 
Roles and responsibilities:
 
·Carry out sales valuations.
·Generating new valuation appointments  
·Assist with sales viewings.
·Responsibility for potential vendor journey with designated vendors/landlords.
·Assisting and supporting the operations team in securing Valuations and Financial Services appointments through inbound and outbound telephone and digital channels.
 
Ideal candidate:
They’re looking for a highly motivated senior negotiator or Valuer with a proven track record within an experienced Estate Agency. We’re keen to work with proactive individuals with a can-do approach and be eager to take on further responsibility in order to grow the business and their career with excellent communication skills.
Must have valuation/listing experience.
Great package for the right candidate.
Must be a car owner.
