Trainee Lettings/Sales Negotiator
Salary: £18K-£22K + OTE £25K-£27K
Location: Newbury
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well-respected Estate Agent based in Newbury and they are looking for a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator.

Responsibilities in this role are:
·?Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner ?
·Meeting with clients visiting the office ?
·Responding to enquiries via e-mail
· Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, financial & legal services, leads, viewings and customer reviews ?
·Management of outstanding viewings in terms of viewing follow-up/feedback and confirmation ?
·Applicant registration follow up ?
·Booking of valuations and viewings
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm (Saturdays on a rota basis, day off in lieu)
Salary: £19K + OTE £25K
