New Homes Sales Consultant
 
A prominent and well-respected independent firm based in Birmingham are looking for an experienced New Homes Negotiator. You will be based in modern, well presented offices in the City Centre and the role offers huge potential for personal growth and development. The company are known  as market leaders
 
As New Homes Negotiator you will responsible for the sale of exclusive properties throughout The Midlands and be able to demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service. You must be organised, a self starter and have a genuine passion for property and the desire to always go the extra mile.
 
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience in either the New Homes sector or from an agency background looking to get into the New Homes market.
 
In return, our client is offering a generous basic salary up to £25,000pa plus commission with an OTE of 35k. Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 and every other Saturday.
