A very rare and exciting challenge has arisen in one of Brecons most successful multi-disciplinary Estate Agency and Lettings firms.
Our client is looking for an Experienced Lettings Manager to join their friendly team in their Brecon office.
Lettings Manager job role:
·Advising landlords on rental values
·Conduct Valuations
·Listing rental properties
·Maximise revenues and grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch
·Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
·Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
Please note that duties will vary, and you must expect to lend a hand wherever is required due to the nature of the business.

·Nicely spoken with a good local knowledge
·Keen eye for new business and how to diversify marketing strategies
·Outstanding conversion rate
·Polished and very professional
·Willingness to exceed expectations through service
·Ability to manage your own diary
In return for loyal service and dedication to their firm, our client can offer a fantastic bonus structure on top of the basic salary, great working hours and a supportive and welcoming working environment.
You must also have a full UK driving license and access to your own car to be considered for this role.
The working hours for this role will be:
Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm
Salary:
£20K-£30K based on level of experience + Commission
