Our client, who is successful sales and lettings agent in the Petersfield area and a well-known brand, is looking for an experienced lettings property manager to join their team.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have estate agency property management experience and will be used to completing inspections, check-ins and check-outs, maintenance issues, handling deposits and the returns, along with other usual day-to-day property management duties. Alternatively, candidates with proven administrative skills including numeracy and financial reconciliation will be considered.
Due to the high level of business you will need to be used to “juggling many balls in the air” at the same time.
The company is looking for an outgoing, hard-working and personable individual who enjoys working in a busy and professional environment. The successful candidate will require their own transport as property inspections may form part of the role.
There is a basic salary of £25,000 – £30,000 DOE.
