A market leading and highly successful Property Consultancy are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Property Investment Consultant to play a vital role in the business, duties of the role will include:
– Looking after and selling to, a manageable, targeted number of Investors
– Recognising, creating and actioning opportunities within the Investment portfolios
– Marketing and introducing the Companies stock to existing investors
– Aiding clients to grow and develop their investment portfolios
– Qualifying new and potential investors within the network
– Arranging viewings and capturing feedback (no site visits)
– Presenting and accepting offers
– Up selling some of the companies other services
– Updating and maintaining notes for your portfolio
