An excellent opportunity to join a well-established independent Estate Agent has arisen for an experienced Lettings/Sales Negotiator. The successful candidate will be joining an award winning team and be part of a professional company in Grays, Essex.
About you:
In your role as Lettings/Sales Negotiator you will be handling and following up customer inquiries as efficiently as possible and will ensure, both, landlords ,tenants, vendors and purchasers receive excellent customer service. Its expected you will be a confident sales person with a good understanding of the property industry.
Some key attributes would include:
·Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Lettings or Sales
·Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants/buyers
·Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
·Register landlord/tenant and buyer enquiries and booking relevant appointments
·Following up enquiries
·Co-ordinating move-ins
·Deal progression
·Inspections when required
·Enthusiastic, dedicated and hard working
·Self-motivated with a drive to succeed with all company and personal goals
Additional requirements:
·Very well presented
·Excellent written, numerical & IT skills
·A full UK driving licence
·Excellent communication skills
·A commitment to providing customer service.
·Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Lettings or Estate Agency Sales
The successful candidate will earn up to £18,000 – £20,000 basic pa, with OTE £27,000/£30,000.
