A great opportunity to join a fast growing independent Estate Agency in Barking, they are currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy team.
Some responsibilities but not limited:
·Dealing with enquiries via phone, emails and walk in clients
·Registering and qualifying new applicants
·Liaising with vendors, solicitors and potential buyers
·Arranging and attending viewings
·Giving relevant feedback to necessary parties
·Providing exceptional customer service
·Building relationships with new clients and nurturing existing ones
·Ensuring client’s expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them
·Overseeing the client experience to ensure they receive the highest levels of customer service at all times
Experience & Attributes
·1 years experience as a Sales Negotiator in an Estate Agency
·Excellent customer service skills
·High level of communication skills both written and verbally
·Punctual and well mannered
·Motivated and keen to learn
·Uk driving licence and own car
Basic Salary £18,000 – £20,000P depending on experience
OTE £45,000 – £50,0000
