A highly-regarded and respected surveying company in the Portsmouth area is looking for a person who has experience to join their team as a commercial property agent.
Ideal Candidate
Someone who takes pride in their job, is detailed in their approach & execution of duties and enjoys meeting people working as part of a small team in a friendly, professional office. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role. Prior commercial agency experience is required, ideally MRICS or working towards qualification.
Primary Roles
Finding Buyers or sellers of commercial property
Negotiation of contracts
Lease renewals
Lease assignments
Rent Reviews
The role is primarily agency but the ability to do some L&T work or valuation would be a bonus.

Location & Hours
Primarily office based, with regular travel to properties. (there is potential for some flexi work by negotiation)
Hours – 9am to 5.30 pm, 5 days a week with one hour for lunch
Renumeration
As generous basic salary of £40 – £50,000 (DOE) is offered with a commission package allowing OTE of £60 – £65,000.
