Our client are looking to recruit a highly motivated Lettings / Property Manager on full time, permanent basis.
Our client are the leading independent lettings agency in its area and have been established since 2005
The Lettings Business has grown at an extraordinary rate in the last two years and they are determined to solidify the market position and accelerate our growth even further with this appointment.
In the role of a Lettings / Property Manager you:
·Have a team to manage, but also a team to mentor and develop into efficient and tenacious people who deliver the highest level of customer service.
·creating superb relationships with landlords and ensuring their investments get to market and get LET quickly and compliantly.
You will be able to show;
·You will have a detailed understanding of Lettings
·You are experienced in managing people and lead by example
·You can identify new business opportunities
·You are someone who wants to join a thriving and growing business
·You are someone who likes dealing with different elements of the lettings process
·You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy preparing properties for the market
As a Lettings Manger, our clients are proud to offer:
·Up to £50,000 on target earning (OTE)
·Recently implemented and amended commission structure
·Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6.00pm, Saturday working on a rota basis 9.00am until 4.00pm
·20 days annual leave plus all bank holidays.
·Statutory pension
A full UK driving license is essential.
