An opening has become available for a Lettings Administrator within a successful and busy sales and lettings agent in the Bournemouth area.
Ideally, the successful candidate will already have some lettings experience, excellent customer service and exceptional administration skills with a strong eye for detail. You will also be hard-working, articulate, organised, a friendly team player and adaptable.
Key areas of the role to include:
·Inputting new tenancy details into company software
·Creating application forms for tenants and guarantor’s and emailing these out
·Carrying out referencing for applicants and guarantors for new lets
·Creating tenancy agreements and other relevant paperwork for tenancies
·Creating agreements for tenancy renewals, section 13 and section 21 notices
·Arranging Gas safeties
·Arranging EICR’s
·Arranging EPC’s
·Chasing rent arrears
·Protecting deposits with the deposit scheme
·Archiving completed paperwork
·Front office cover in busy periods
·General office tasks
This is a Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm role, and every other Saturday 9am to 3.30pm.
