A well-established independent firm with offices throughout Shropshire are looking to recruit an experienced commercial surveyor.
The role would be assisting the Head of commercial property with property agency and professional work. They are looking for a commercially aware, ambitious commercial property surveyor who has had experience within a commercial property role, ideally with experience in managing a range of clients in agency and professional work and carrying out commercial valuations, with some experience of property management and are able to work under their own initiative.
Duties will include:
Undertake Property Valuations for Sale and Let
Carry out viewings
Write Property details
Compile Heads of Terms
Complete rent renewals and reviews
Manage and liaise with clients
They are looking for an experienced chartered surveyor, who can continue to develop and expand their portfolio of properties and clients into the West Midlands and across the country. They can offer a long and rewarding career with the opportunity to progress.
The successful candidate must:
·MRICS or FRICS
·Demonstrate a working knowledge and understanding of commercial leases
·Confident, experienced in a similar role able to work to deadlines
·Able to work alone as well as part of a team
·Able to demonstrate a flexible attitude, good communication skills and embrace office working
·Full clean UK driving licence
