An excellent opportunity has arisen to for an experienced individual to head the Lettings team for a highly reputable company in the Winchester area.
The focus for this role will be to plan, drive and deliver an improved Lettings service in Winchester and surrounding area by cultivating existing contacts and forging relationships with new clients. The candidate must be able to generate and win new business, improve the market share and returns, as well as working alongside the Head of Residential Sales to deliver common company goals.
MAIN TASKS:
·Obtain and grow quality business and provide exceptional advice to new and existing clients.
·Support the excellent reputation of the company by providing a consistently high level of service to clients.
·Oversee and deliver marketing campaigns.
·Networking.
·Consistently maintain a high standard of record keeping and communications to ensure accuracy in file management, communications, and compliance through a property software package.
·Team and performance management, as well as supporting and guiding team members.
·Oversee renewals, extensions and periodic tenancies.
·Oversee the vetting of prospective tenants.
·Ensure Money Laundering and operational processes are adhered to.
·Keep up to date and implement current legislation across the whole team.
·Office presentation.
·Work to a budget and drive business forward to grow income and profitability.
·Be a positive influence leading the team helping to maintain a mutually supportive and team orientated environment.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate a high level of experience
in the field as well as a proven track record in leading successful teams and growing a market share. ARLA qualifications to support your in depth knowledge of Lettings is strongly preferred.
PACKAGE:
The basic salary package inclusive of car allowance is £35,000 – £45,000 dependant on experience, with an OTE £60K. The Monday to Friday working week also includes 1 in 4 Saturdays.
