Experienced Estate Agent – Valuer.

Are you an experienced estate agent looking to join a company who reward hard work and endeavour, and offer on going training and support ?
Are you fed up of being micro managed and are now looking to work for a company that give you a high degree of autonomy ?
This well known and established independent estate agency firm with offices throughout The West Midlands.
Due to an internal promotion they are looking to recruit an experienced valuer for one of their most successful and profitable offices.
The role is an out and out valuer role with an expectation to convert at around 60% conversion rate. You will be out on the road and attending around 3-4 appointments a day.
The role comes with a generous basic salary as well as car allowance and commission structure based upon completions as well as cross selling and conversion rates. You will work Monday – Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
The ideal person will have at least 12 months experience within a Valuers role and be used to hard work. You must have the ability to build trust and rapport as well being able to think on your feet.
