Valuer – Highly regarded Independent Estate Agent

Due to an internal promotion they are looking to recruit an upmarket, experienced and polished estate agent for their Walsall office. The company are market leaders in the area and have a fantastic reputation for delivering first class customer service. They are looking for someone extensive Valuation experience and ideally at the mid to top end.
The duties will include:
·Conduct market appraisals
·Generate new business
·Liaise with clients and vendors
·Attend viewings
·Providing a professional and high standard of customer service
The idea candidate:
·Previous Estate Agency Experience
·Full UK Driving License
·High conversion ratio of Valuation to Instruction
·Professional and Well Presented
·Track record in achieving set targets
·Customer Service driven
·Strong the local knowledge
This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated Estate Agent to join a growing firm. A good conversion rate for bringing new instructions to the market is also essential.
The main thrust of the role will be valuing and winning instructions whilst ensuring a competitive fee level and service standards are maintained. You will also be expected to perform any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
