ESTATE AGENTS SALES MANAGER, NOTTINGHAM

Our client is a reputable multi office estate agent looking for a driven Estate Agency Sales Manager to join their busy office in Nottingham. 

This role would ideally suit someone looking to gain further experience in the property industry, possibly a senior negotiator or lister looking to take the next step in their career, or an existing sales manager looking for a new challenge.

The company actively encourages growth and development within the industry and is therefore searching for someone who is looking to progress. 

The ideal individual will be presented in a smart manner, have excellent interpersonal skills both over the telephone and in person and be able to approach all situations in a calm and professional manner at all times. 

The successful candidate will be driven, professional and have great leadership qualities.

My client offers a competitive salary based on experience, along with a target driven commission structure, company car or allowance and parking.
