Experienced Lettings Consultant.

One of the best in the industry is currently searching for a dedicated Lettings Consultant with a strong background in estate and lettings agency operations. If you’re a dynamic professional with at least 2 years of experience, this could be the perfect role for you!

What the Role Entails:
    •    Front-of-house responsibilities, including handling property lettings enquiries.
    •    Conducting viewings, tenant negotiations, and managing feedback.
    •    Overseeing tenancy administration, from referencing to tenancy sign-off.
    •    Assisting with maintenance queries and other administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

    •    Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
    •    A car with a clean, valid license (essential for the role).
