Our Estate Agency Client are looking for an executive Sales Manager covering the Sunbury, Surrey area.
You will have the chance to join an award winning independent Estate Agency which has a great network of branches and a structured career path up to regional management level.
In the role as an Executive Sales Manager you will need to: create the largest market share in the area, maximise revenues and grow the property register, develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations, maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets, manage performance of employees and influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan.
It is essential that candidates have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience, be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement, able to work effectively managing a team, be motivated and enthusiastic at all times, display high standards of service and presentation and have good organisational skills, demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth. A full driving licence and a car is also required.

Basic salary £27,000 – £43,000 ( dependant on relevant experience) with an OTE of up to £79k.
