ESTATE AGENTS SALES MANAGER, DERBY AREA
Our client is a reputable multi branch estate agent looking for a driven Estate Agency Sales Manager to join their busy office in the Derby area.
This role would ideally suit someone looking to gain further experience in the property industry, possibly a senior negotiator or lister looking to take the next step in their career, or an existing sales manager looking for a new challenge.
Candidate will be expected to carry out valuations and instructions/take-ons of property, hitting the ground running.
The company actively encourages growth and development within the industry and is therefore searching for someone who is looking to progress.
The ideal individual will be presented in a smart manner, have excellent interpersonal skills both over the telephone and in person and be able to approach all situations in a calm and professional manner at all times.
The successful candidate will be driven, professional and have great leadership qualities.
My client offers a competitive salary based on experience, along with a target driven commission structure, on site parking and possibility of car or allowance dependent on the candidate.
