Estate Agents Property Sales Valuer, Nottingham Area
This is a truly exceptional role within a well known brand of estate agents, in their busy and friendly branch in the outskirts of Nottingham.
This busy residential Sales department, are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic full time Sales Lister.
Duties Include:
· Liaising with prospective vendors and converting valuations into listings
· Updating vendors 
· Arranging valuations
· Maximise all business opportunities and refer solicitor and mortgage leads
· Negotiating on offers
· General office tasks
· Canvass and prospect in order to engage and win new business
The valuer must:
· Have previous valuing experience as either a negotiator or existing valuer
· Understand the estate agency process
· Have excellent communicational skills and telephone manner
· Have good negotiation skills
· Be well presented
· Be proactive
Additional pay:
