This established and busy estate agents in Mansfield are looking for a professional, bright, courteous and target driven viewings person to carry out accompanied viewings of their many properties on the market.
The successful candidate will be immaculately turned out as they will be the first face contact for the client. they will have impeccable manners and be confident, punctual and must have a sales driven work ethic. Previous estate agency experience isn't essential, but the right attitude is for this busy office.
There will be many opportunities for them to earn commissions on the viewing by adding on valuations, mortgage appointments and solicitors referrals, so a think outside the box attitude is essential.
Own car is a must and TAX FREE mileage will be paid. Hours are Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30, and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9-1.
