An established and successful agency are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in the Reading area.
Duties of the role delivering outstanding and professional customer service includes:
·Handle incoming calls from vendors, potential vendors, and potential buyers
·Obtaining & Delivering feedback
·Booking Valuations
·Booking Viewings
·Handling incoming enquiries from own website & property portals
·Updating of the database
·Liaising and supporting team members
This role suits a predominantly office based sales candidate with an expert sales manner and a customer service back ground. Although experience in the property field is desirable, other sales environments with the appreciation to deliver high excellence will also be looked at favourably.
You will have an excellent telephone manner, strong communication skills, and pride yourself on giving superior levels of customer service, with the confidence to effectively maximise business opportunities at all times. Support and training will be provided to enable you to excel in your role.
A basic salary of £25,000 is available with an OTE £26,500. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Saturday working (1 in 3) is 9am-4pm, with a day off in lieu.
