Commercial Property Negotiator – Brighton – £25k – £35k DOE
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property agent to join an established Brighton based company offering independent commercial agency services in Brighton & Hove and across Sussex.
Our client is a commercial agency specialists who cover the key areas of leasing, sales, acquisitions, investment, and lease advisory.
Working with the Head of Agency Services in a small team the successful candidate will ideally have relevant experience in commercial property negotiation.
Role & Responsibilities:
·To assist the Head of Agency Services.
·To assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial property.
·Market research and analysis on current real estate trends and property values.
·Marketing through online portals, social media, and networking.
·Advise clients throughout the property transaction including viewings, negotiation, and the legal process to completion.
·Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Skills: The skills required for this should include:
·Commercial property agency experience.
·Associate RICS membership desirable but not essential.
·Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
·Good professional telephone manner and communications skills.
·Focus, diligence, professionalism and a strong work ethic.
·Full UK Driving License essential.
·Use of a pool car for company business.
·25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
