JOB DESCRIPTION – CLIENT EXECUTIVE

My clients are a high end bespoke Estate Agency and are now looking for an experienced Client Executive to join their very successful Oakham office.  Having been in the industry for many years, my clients offer a service that is second to none.  They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and ensure that the buying and selling process is achieved with ease, expertise and commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
The role of the client exec is to sell the client’s home and see it through to a successful completion. Following a client instructing our client to sell their home, the client exec becomes the main point of contact for the client and is responsible for all aspects of communication to them.
This includes –
 
·Compliance (client terms, AML, Estate Agency Act)
·Pre Shoot visit and communication
·Launching the home to market within 21 days maintaining the company’s high level of service, communication and quality of work
·Manage applicant database (registering, qualifying, prospecting)
·Carrying out and following up viewings
·Property marketing reviews with clients
·Negotiating offers and agreeing a sale
·Sales progression
·Generating valuations from applicants and other sources such as door knocking
·Referring business to local solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors
·Obtaining google reviews from buyers and sellers
·Other reasonable requests including supporting the team
