Our clients are looking for a talented individual experienced Branch Manager to run the very busy Finchley office.
Position: Branch Manager sales and lettings – Established Estate Agency

Role Overview:
·Leadership: Oversee a seasoned team of property professionals within a bustling branch.
·Performance Targets: Drive results by meeting stringent daily, weekly, and monthly targets and agreed-upon KPIs to ensure branch profitability.
·Team Development: Inspire and mentor the team through regular one-on-one appraisals, continuous training, and motivation.
·Client Relations: Address inquiries from Vendors, Landlords, and Purchasers, pro-actively resolving issues to meet challenges.
·Product Promotion: Champion additional company offerings like Financial Services, ensuring team-wide awareness.
·Market Insight: Monitor the local market dynamics, identifying shifts and seizing opportunities.
·Business: Generate and carry out market appraisals to gain new instructions.
The ideal candidate possesses:
·Experience: Previous tenure as a Branch Manager or readiness for progression from a Senior Negotiator role.
·People Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate, train, and inspire individuals.
·Negotiation: Profound negotiation acumen.
·Market Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of the property market.
·Commercial Awareness: High proficiency in understanding commercial landscapes.
·Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·Attention to Detail: Keen eye for meticulous details.
·Team Leader: Confident working independently and collaboratively.
·Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve set targets.
·Initiative: Willingness to go the extra mile.
·UK driving license.
