A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly reputable Estate Agency in Finchley, North London.
Our client are looking for a Branch administrator to join their busy team.
Some responsibilities but not limited:
·Front reception duties to meet and greet customers
·General lettings and Sales administration to include tenancy agreements
·Preparing AST’s along with sales letters administration
·Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries
·Ensuring the office is presentable and updating window displays and updating the website on a regular basis
·Arranging necessary advertising of properties
·Other general administration duties as they arise
You will need to have:
·Previous experience in Sales & Lettings Administration
·Well presented with excellent communication skills
·High customer service skills
·An excellent knowledge of computer packages and software
·Ability to prioritise workload and able to meet deadlines
This role will be a busy and challenging so a friendly personality and someone who can multi task with a ‘will do’ attitude are essential
