Property Associate  (Branch Manager)  – £25k – £35k DOE – Hove
 
This well-known estate agency in Hove, East Sussex, is searching for an Associate to join their team in order to help push the organisation forward and soon advance to Associate Director.
 
This position is ideal for applicants who are currently a Branch Manager or Senior Valuer and want to quickly progress help run a business.
 
Key duties.
Obtain and maintain market leader
Continue good working relationships with Clients
Market Appraisals
Staff Management
Keep a good relationship with Lettings Team
Help run the business with current Directors.
 
Basic – The basic salary would be £25k – £35k DOE and level the candidate comes in at
OTE – open to discussion with shares of the company and also the lettings side.
