Our client is an Independent Agency that has been operating as a Lettings and Maintenance company for over 20 years.
The company opened in 1995 and they have grown the business to 3 offices within the North London area and they are very close to opening a fourth.
They are currently looking for an Assistant Lettings Manager for their branch in Crouch End.
As the assistant manager you will be required to:
·Register applicants and match applicants to properties.
·Arrange and attend viewings.
·Conduct market appraisals and obtain new business.
·Give only carefully considered and qualified market advice.
·Supervision of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective tenants.
·Liaise and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
·Communicate with landlords with regards to marketing feedback, viewings and hot prospects, put forward offers from applicants and agree terms with landlords.
·Provide practical solutions to landlords with regards to achieving a prompt let.
·Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewing and lets.
·Progress transactions accurately and efficiently.
·Maintain office systems/software and working procedures
·Efficient diary management.
·Produce activity reports as required.
·Ensure effective teamwork and co-operation between staff.
·Basic Salary – £23-25,000 dependant on experience
100% of target: £200
150% of target: Additional £75
200% of target: Additional £75
£350 in monthly bonuses for new instructions (when let only)
15% commission when you secure a new instruction for a managed property
·Realistic OTE – £45,000 +
·Company Car – Audi A1 S line
Hours of work
·9:00 am to 6 pm – Monday, Tuesday and Friday
·9:00 am to 6:30 pm – Wednesday and Thursday
·10am to 4 pm on Saturday
·Alternate 6 day weeks
