Job Role: Assistant Head Of Property Management
Our client seeks a highly professional and organised Assistant Head of Property Management to join their friendly and busy team in their Newbury office.
Responsibilities for an Assistant Head of Property Management:
·Managing, setting and reporting staff KPIs and monthly staff 121s
·Managing contractor relationships
·Managing a portfolio of approx. 120 properties
·Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on property inspections and maintenance work
·Dealing with all maintenance enquiries with landlords and tenants
· Keeping the online reporting system (FixFlo) up to date on a daily basis
·Dealing with notices from tenants
·Preparing and serving section 21 notices
·Deposit negotiations at the end of a tenancy
·Renewal negotiation between landlord and tenant
·Communication – the ability to communicate effectively with your colleagues and your customers is essential. You will need to be confident and professional.
·Attitude – You will need to be positive, enthusiastic, resilient and determined.
·Organisation – Our client deals with huge volumes of people in busy and hectic environments. The ability to be highly organised and methodical in your approach to your daily tasks is essential.

·Previous property management experience
Hours: Mon-Friday 8-4pm/10-6pm
Salary: £35K – £40K
