This well respected and successful firm require an exceptional and well organised Assistant Branch Manager / Valuer /Senior Sales Negotiator to join their thriving and expanding business. You must have a keen eye for detail, be highly professional and have brilliant customer service. You will be working for one of the best in the business: a company that has market dominance and a great reputation in the area. You will receive a basic salary + commission as detailed below with a genuine OTE of £35k +
Basic salary upto £26k
Hours are Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 and every other Saturday 09:00- 16:00
Duties will includes:
-Administration
-Market Appraisals
-Viewing generation
-Market appraisal generation
-Canvassing
-Viewing feedback
-Vendor care
-Sales progression
-Attending viewings
