Property Manager – Lettings
Salary £25,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded independent lettings business based in Shirley.
This is a key role within a busy office, offering the chance to manage a well-maintained portfolio while working in a genuinely supportive and close-knit team environment. The Role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a smooth and efficient service is delivered to both landlords and tenants.
This is a varied and fast-paced position, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Handling maintenance issues from start to finish
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Carrying out property inspections
Ensuring all compliance and safety regulations are met (gas, EPC, EICR, etc.)
Managing tenancy renewals and negotiations
Dealing with deposit returns and disputes
Maintaining accurate records and systems
About You
Previous experience in residential property management is essential
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service ability
Confident dealing with maintenance and compliance matters
Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
Full UK driving licence preferred
